From 1996 to the present, Chitron’s history can be divided into three periods; Company Establishment, Profit Growth and Company Expansion. Our present day situation is a great accomplishment, Thus, I have to thank each employee who has devoted him or herself with integrity and loyalty to the company; as well of former employees of our Chitron family. Their contributions to our development will never be forgotten.

From 1996 to 1999, is the company establishment period. I started Chitron from the ground up. That was the time to me to fulfill my ideas and dreams. I worked in every position at Chitron ,house keeper, secretary, clerk, sales, purchasing, data entry, finance, physical distribution, you name it, I did it. It was hard but very realistic part of building a company from the ground up. In this period I established our company’s cultures, which I am very proud of. My staff and enjoy them to this day.

Dependable: We believe our clients come first, and they way of great service is with honesty and integrity. We carry this philosophy in our day to day business. We never sell counter fit and or mixed quality parts. Over time, we have earned the status of preferred supplier from our clients in the event that pricing is the same and they have the luxury to choose from whom to order.

Database System: Our powerful database system can allow Chitron to react to our client’s RFQs in record time. It has been our slogan, “There is no IC in the world that Chitron can not find”. Although this sentence has been copied from many of our competitors, there are not many companies in the industry can handle database management better than Chitron. Internet Connection: Chitron made its offices in USA and China into one unit by applying state-of-the-art networking techniques. We can exchange data from many different locations simultaneously. The database system established the foundation for Chitron’s expansion. Humanitarian Driven Management: I used to cook lunch, wear slipper, jeans and T-shirt . (Now I look much more like a business man).

From 1999 to 2001 was Chitron’s profit growth period. As well as a period of economic growth, it was a troubling time. The rapid growth in profit did not equal to the growth of human resources. The momentum from the ideal driven conflicted with the realistic cold hard Shenzhen culture and resulted in many disasters. The reason that Chitron was able to get up again was its strength in the business model that was developed during its establishment. Chitron was able to examine its weaknesses and make right decisions to regulate the company.

From 2002 to Present is the time which Chitron is focusing on its regulations. New policies were established in every department with a stable and fair bases. We are happy to see that the results from these new policies have been very positive. Sales Volume: Doubled during the part 2 years.
